It’s great to be recognised as Business of the Month by Cornwall Trading Standards.
Their Buy With Confidence South West scheme is designed to provide consumers with a list of local businesses who have committed to always trading fairly.
Cornwall Trading Standards commented that our practice is ‘a perfect example of what the scheme is all about – honest, reliable and trustworthy’ in their recent Facebook post.
We were awarded Trading Standards Approval following a series of background checks and an audit visit by an assessor. To help consumers have complete confidence in our business and the scheme as a whole, there is ongoing monitoring of members to ensure these high standards are always maintained.
Our practice was actually the first business in Cornwall to be vetted and accredited, so we hold certificate number 0001.
There are a range of online business registers, but only one with the authority and security of being accredited by Trading Standards officers, so we’re very proud to be both a member of the scheme, and to have been recognised as Member of the Month.
